Shipping

Pro Cleaning Depot offers free standard shipping on commercial cleaning equipment delivered within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.

Most in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transit time is generally 3–7 business days after shipment, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–9 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or its designated U.S. distribution or fulfillment partner. The shipping origin, carrier, and delivery method may vary based on the product and destination. Orders may ship by standard ground service, freight carrier, or another appropriate shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided once it becomes available.

We do not currently accept online orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Orders with an excluded shipping destination cannot be completed through our online checkout.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Keep all packaging, take clear photographs of any visible damage, and contact Pro Cleaning Depot promptly. Do not return damaged merchandise without written instructions.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery with prior approval from Pro Cleaning Depot.

Standard returns must be new, unused, untested, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping or freight, and a 10% restocking fee applies. A prepaid return label is not provided.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or warranty-related products are handled separately. Direct product exchanges are not offered.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection and approval.
